Our Store Policies

Things You Need to Know

We founded Laced With Finesse with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

Hair extensions are NOT included with your service. You must send in your own preferred extensions to be used for unit construction.


Head measurments should be taken while your hair is in the style you plan to wear under your unit, i.e. braids, low ponytail, etc., or something as similar as possible in order for your measurements to be the most accurate and ensure the best fit of your unit.


Styling is NOT included in the base price of your service. However, a styling option can be added to your service for an additional fee.


ALL orders are fulfilled within 7 - 21  business days after the date of purchase. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding all holidays. 


U.S. shipping ONLY. We do not ship outside the United States of America.


Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email along with a 'Thank You" email that will contain the address to send your extensions to. 


A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for your package after it is with the post office carrier. 


Due to the shipping and handling process the styling of extensions is not always perfectly maintained, however, we will try to ensure that your unit arrives with as little work for you to do as possible.
